At GOLDEN SCENT, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better!
Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please contact GOLDEN SCENT at care@goldenscent.com
However if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Please note that in our efforts to deliver the best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a problem or a defect with the item purchased, or you have received an item different from what you have ordered, kindly contact the customer service team via Email at care@goldenscent.com, or send us on WhatsApp at: +133339238 to initiate and schedule the return process.
Once we have heard from you, we will then inform the courier company to collect your order from you. We will not keep you waiting! We will directly issue you a refund coupon for the price of the item that you returned. The coupon can be redeemed on our website. You can use the coupon to order any other item you would like! Or we can refund the amount to the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items.
The return and exchange process will take 10 to 15 working days.
Kindly make sure the product is unused and in good condition, the labels are not removed, and the original packaging is intact and undamaged. Taking into account the need to ship the item inside GOLDEN SCENT box.
We understand that customers must open items before deciding whether to keep them or not. If the product has not been used, you will receive a full refund upon return. If not, a partial refund will be given.
The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was made from GOLDEN SCENT.
A bank refund can take from 10 to 14 working days.
Otherwise, we can issue a voucher with the same amount to be used in your future order with GOLDEN SCENT.
