A ‘Pending’ status for COD orders on your goldenscent purchase simply means that our system successfully received your order and it’s waiting for confirmation.
If you have entered the verification code you received by SMS your order will be shifted to the processing status very soon, If you do not receive the SMS verification code or you did not entered it for any reason our customer service agent will contact you within one business day.
It means we are currently packaging your items and your order will be shipped soon!
Once it is shipped you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number.
Please note that we can’t cancel the order at this step
Means that your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, you will be contacted by the shipping company to determine the delivery date.
